She currently serves as Vice President of Government Business Execution at Elevance Health, where she leverages her expertise in strategic planning, and process redesign to advance initiatives across the Medicare and Medicaid space. Beyond her professional achievements, Aisling is deeply committed to creating inclusive and supportive workplaces. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively mentoring and coaching colleagues to help them thrive in their careers. With a Bachelor of Business Administration earned in her native Ireland, she brings a global perspective to her work, blending business acumen with a genuine care for people and communities. Family is at the heart of who Aisling is. While much of her family lives overseas, she treasures every opportunity to connect with them and holds family time as her greatest source of joy. In her personal life, she finds balance and energy through simple pleasures—long walks, getting lost in a good book, and indulging her fascination with true crime stories.
