The READY workshop is a dynamic 12-week program designed to empower individuals with the skills and confidence needed for career success and independent living.
Each week, participants will engage in interactive sessions focused on building resilience, enhancing self-advocacy, and developing personal growth strategies. From mastering job readiness to strengthening life skills, READY provides the tools, resources, and personalized support to help you take charge of your future, all while fostering a sense of community and connection along the way.
The cost for the program is $300. We hope to have scholarship and financial assistance available to those in need of financial support.
- Resource Materials: Receive digital and print copies of essential resources. - Guest Speakers: Hear from Tom Iland, an inspiring autistic author, UN speaker, and multi-Ironman competitor and more. - Personal Brand: Create or update your resume and LinkedIn page and a new headshot! - Mock Interviews: Participate two mock interview sessions to build your confidence. - Self-Advocacy Skills: Develop self-advocacy skills and tools. - Job Fair: Attend a FREE job fair with local employers for valuable networking opportunities. - Increased Confidence: Leave with greater confidence in your abilities and finding opportunities for you. - Individualized Independence Plan (IIP): Complete a personalized plan to track your goals.
